It’s New Year’s Day, and if you’re like most people, you’re probably trying to come up with something spectacular that you’re going to start (or stop) doing in 2016. The concept is great- vow to make a positive life change- but typically the follow-through on resolutions isn’t great.
If you’re a high school runner, it’s likely that you are getting a jump on training for upcoming season. If you’re a younger runner maybe you’re looking ahead to USATF summer events. Regardless, now is the time to dial in on something you will change this season that will make you a better runner.
